Rock Creek Cattle Company, neat Deer Lodge, MT, provided a great opportunity to work with Dick Anderson Construction.  Green Contracting provided custom framing on Lot 33. 

Excavation, foundation, framing, and exterior finishes were all provided for Lot 35.

Lot 36 Green Contracting completed all framing, interior and exterior finishes. 

Blake residence is a 1100 sf off grid home.  Featuring solar power, radiant floor heat, stucco siding with reclaim corrugated metal, and highly insulated.  This home is highly energy efficient, cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.  Radiant floor heat in slab throughout the majority of the house is heated with a propane water heater and will keep the interior 68 degrees with little effort and expense.  Besides purchasing propane this house is bill free. 

Located in Big Sky, MT this custom home is 6800 sf.  Featuring exterior gable truss details from reclaim timbers, fir siding, natural stone veneer, and a large deck with awesome views.  Interior is hardwood floors and tile throughout, granite kitchen tops, radiant floor heat and a Tulikivi fireplace.  This custom home was taken from start to finish as a subcontract job for CK Construction of Big Sky.  Green Contracting still maintains a good working relationship with the homeowner to maintain this great custom home in the Biggest Skiing In America.
